CHALLENGE
IIFL Samasta Finance Limited relied on manual processes for their business operations and sought a software solution to streamline operations, enhance insights into task and revenue management across departments, and enable optimized workflows and data-driven decision-making.
SOLUTION
We implemented Zoho Creator to develop customized applications for various departments, enhancing task and revenue management efficiency. An Admin Module was established to oversee nationwide centers and facilitate new center setups across India.
We integrated unique identification and de-duplication systems to maintain accurate data records. A visitor tracking system was introduced to automate office visitor management, reducing the need for manual intervention.
Additionally, a Vigilance Management system was designed to analyze customer repayment data and offer tailored loan so complemented by an Employee management system. We also developed software solutions for customer interactions and streamlined legal document flows.
